Materials and Requirements
- Aluminum alloy profile
-
Minimum measured wall thickness of major loading part at the section of main profile:
the outer door shall not be less than 2.0mm; the outer window shall not be less than 1.4 mm.
-
Regulations on surface treatment.
-
Aluminum alloy profile:
-
- Steel
-
Requirements for black metal material, hot dip galvanizing; electrogalvanizing; black oxidation and rust-proof coating, etc.
Stainless steel is austenitic stainless steel.
- Glass
-
Adopting building grade sheet glass, it can be processed according to the actual situation of the project: tempered glass, hollow glass, laminated glass, etc.
- Non-metallic material
-
1. Sealant
It is important to ensure that the glue is within the shelf life and the compatibility of the glue with the adhesive material.
2. Rubber strip
The materials mostly adopted for producing rubber strips include neoprene, styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (EPDM) and
silicone rubber. Wherein the rubber strip used for doors and windows is neoprene after extrusion and forming.
3. Support block and positioning block.
The length of support block shall not be less than 50mm;
Width = glass thickness + front clearance + rear clearance;
The length of the positioning block shall not be less than 25mm;
Width = glass thickness + front clearance + rear clearance
Thickness = edge allowance (5mm) (both sides);
The support block and the positioning block are fixedly installed, the mounting position of the support block and the positioning
block shall be in the position of 1/4 side of the slot angle.
- Hardware accessories and fasteners
-
The hardware fittings for connecting the frame and fan of aluminum door and window and the lock shall meet the requirements of the bearing capacity of the
whole door and window, and the repeated opening and closing performance of the hardware fittings shall meet the requirements of repeated opening and closing performance
of doors and windows.Stainless steel fasteners shall be used for assembly and mechanical connection of aluminum doors and windows. Aluminum and aluminum
alloys and rivets shall not be used as stress connectors.
- Appearance
-
The external surface shall not have aluminum chips, burrs and stains, the binding joint shall be smooth
and continuous, and the rubber strip shall be installed in place and shall not be released.
- Surface abrasion and scratch for aluminum alloy door and window sash
